This weekend is an Indoor Farmers Market.! I made up a bunch of bundles that included sage, palo santo, and a gemstone for CLEARING AND BLESSING YOUR SPACE!!!!I had a few people pick-up their order today as they wouldn’t be here this weekend. I quickly realized, I needed to do a little tutorial on how to use this product and give some tips. So here we go…

Somewhat recently my parents sold their home. The one that I grew up in. I was thinking about all the memories within those walls, the good and bad. You take those memories and you attach emotion to it and it has its own energetic imprint!!! The good is wonderful but what about the uglier parts that get lodged into your space. Love is a powerful emotion but so is rage and sadness! I don’t need certain vibrations lingering. That is one of the main reasons you would cleanse or clear the energy! Another main reason, would be an actual energetic being aka spirit. I wouldn’t mess with that one by yourself but if that is an issue in your home, I do do house clearings!!! Don’t hesitate to reach out.

Simple Steps for clearing energy:

1.) First things first, I generally blast happy good vibe music or calming music depending on what is needed. YouTube has tons of vibrational mediation music. Look up what you want…loving energy mediation music, calming energy, love frequency, clearing negative energy frequency etc…

2.) Before I begin I always say a little prayer adding in there my intentions. Think about what it is you want to release and what you want to bring in. Intentional living is where it’s at!

3.) Light your sage about 15-30 seconds. Once the flame goes out, you have your smoke! You will want something to catch your ashes. Abalone shells are used quite often but I have used a coffee cup before or a plate or an incense carrier. The main objective here is to have something to safely catch the ashes so you don’t burn the house down!!! Sage tends to go out often so you may have to relight several times.

4.) You can start in any room you want to. Generally I work farthest away from exits and work my way to the entrances last. I always make sure to seal energy at doorways and ask that no negative energy be allowed to enter the space. Also make sure not to forget closets and darker spaces. Bonus- If you are attuned to reiki you can use the symbols into the walls and send until the vibration shifts.

5.) After I get done with all rooms, I open windows and doors with the intent that any negative energy leave the space. This automatically frees it for new energy to enter! It also slightly helps with the overpowering smell of sage (take this as a forewarning).

6.) I included gemstones in the bundle which can be used to draw specific energy into the home based off their metaphysical properties. The palo santo can also be used as needed, think of it as a little maintenance stick.
