This weekend I retook the beginner level Reiki one and two. I took the class in 2012 and I have taught it at least 4 times so I wasn’t really looking forward to it (to be completely honest). However, it was just what I needed. A little push in the right direction!!!

This course really has a lot of internal work packed in two days of healing and learning. I do take time regularly for my own work however this was like a power punch to the heart. Ouch!!…..

My very first meditation/initiation I was led to work with Christ Consciousness energy. Spirit basically told me I needed to rebuild my relationship with Jesus. It had me thinking about how much I had been learning and working with Mary Magdalene in the past few years and how close I felt to her energy which awakened a lot inside of me that had been dormant. If you want to work with any ascended master’s; I highly suggest READING about them, MEDITATING with their energy, and CALLING them into your heart, personal space, and life!!!

I remembered about all the reading I had done to inquire, learn, and draw in Mary Magdalene when I was called to work with her more deeply! Then I realized I did have one book about Jesus (other than the Bible) and I ran to get it. When I opened up the book and saw what was inside it immediately brought me to tears. So much anger that I had stored deep within, went right up to my heart. The next meditation was basically a cry fest. You got me Jesus, lol. !! I’m listening. We are always being led and it really does wonders when we take time to listen. Although I’m exhausted today, my chest feels lighter and my stomach feels more at ease. And I’m excited to strengthen this relationship!
